Farm waste in. Clean fuel and organic manure out.

Synerva Energy runs a biogas plant that turns cattle dung, Napier grass, poultry litter and crop residue into Compressed Biogas (CBG) for industry and vehicles, and organic manure in solid and liquid form for farms. We supply across India.

Our plant

Representative image.

One plant. Four kinds of feedstock. Three products.

Nothing leaves the plant as waste. The gas is cleaned and compressed into fuel, and what remains after digestion becomes organic manure.

What goes in

  • Cattle dungFrom dairies and gaushalas
  • Napier grassA fast-growing fodder grass
  • Poultry litterFrom poultry farms
  • Crop residue and food wasteStraw, crop stubble and mandi waste

Anaerobic digestion

Sealed digesters let natural bacteria break the waste down without air.

  1. DigestThe waste releases raw, methane-rich biogas.
  2. Purify and compressCO₂, H₂S and moisture are removed; the gas is compressed into CBG.
  3. SeparateDigested slurry is split into solid and liquid organic manure.

Three products from one dependable supplier

Fuel for businesses that want to move off fossil gas, and organic manure for farmers who want healthier soil.

Compressed Biogas (CBG)

Renewable, methane-rich gas that is cleaned and compressed so it can be used wherever CNG is used. A practical way to replace LPG, diesel or fossil CNG.

  • Boilers, furnaces and process heat
  • Vehicles and fleets that run on CNG
  • Commercial kitchens, hotels and hospitals

Best for: factories, transporters, hotels, institutions and fuel retailers.

Hands holding dark, crumbly organic manure beside green plants

Fermented Organic Manure (FOM)

Solid organic manure made from digested feedstock. It adds organic carbon and helps soil hold water and nutrients.

  • Field crops, sugarcane and vegetables
  • Orchards, nurseries and kitchen gardens
  • Soil preparation before sowing

Best for: farmers, FPOs, nurseries and agri-input dealers.

Tractor spraying liquid manure over rows of young crops

Liquid Fermented Organic Manure (LFOM)

Nutrient-rich liquid from the digestion process, easy to apply through drip, sprinkler or spray.

  • Drip and sprinkler fertigation
  • Soil drenching and foliar application
  • Vegetables, fruit and horticulture

Best for: farmers, horticulture growers, greenhouses and dealers.

Why buyers choose Synerva Energy

We would rather show you how we work than make big promises. Here is what you can expect from every order.

  • Consistent quality

We control what goes into the digesters and how the plant runs, so each batch of gas and manure stays consistent from one order to the next.

  • Reliable supply

Our plant is running today, and it draws on four kinds of feedstock, so supply does not depend on one season or one source.

  • Lower running costs

CBG can replace LPG, diesel or fossil CNG, and organic manure can reduce how much chemical fertilizer you buy. We will help you compare costs for your use.

  • Circular by design

Farm waste that would otherwise be dumped or burnt goes in alongside Napier grass. Every output goes back into industry or into the soil.

Who we work with

Questions buyers ask

Quick answers before you enquire. Still unsure? Call us and we will talk it through.

What is CBG, and can I use it in place of CNG or LPG?

Compressed Biogas (CBG) is biogas that has been cleaned of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulphide and moisture, then compressed. The result is mostly methane, the same main gas in CNG, so it can be used in CNG vehicles and in many burners, boilers and furnaces. Tell us your current fuel and usage and we will confirm what is needed for your setup.

How is FOM different from ordinary dung manure or compost?

Fermented Organic Manure comes out of a controlled digestion process instead of an open heap. The feedstock is fully broken down inside sealed digesters, so the manure is more uniform and easier to apply than raw or partly rotted dung.

How do I apply LFOM?

LFOM can be applied through drip or sprinkler systems, as a soil drench, or as a spray, usually diluted with water. The right dilution depends on your crop and its stage of growth, so ask us for guidance for your crop when you enquire.

Do you sell small quantities, or only in bulk?

Both. We supply retail packs for individual farmers, bulk quantities for estates and businesses, and stock for agri-input dealers. Mention the quantity you have in mind in the enquiry form and we will suggest the best option.

Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we supply across India. Delivery terms depend on the product, the quantity and your location, so share your state and city in the enquiry form and we will quote accordingly.

Can I become a dealer or supply feedstock to you?

Yes. Choose “Agri-input dealer or distributor” or “Dairy, farm or plant owner” in the enquiry form, and our team will get in touch to discuss terms.

What happens after you enquire

  1. We review your enquiryand call you on the number you share.
  2. We confirm the detailsproduct, quantity, delivery location and price.
  3. We arrange dispatchas a one-time order or on a regular supply schedule.
